Windows 10 対応状況

Microsoft Windows 10 (May 2021 Update まで) のバ?ジョンと Steinberg 製品の互換性についての状況をお知らせします。
OS のアップデートをご検討の方はよくお読みください。
以下のバージョン番号にかかわらず、最新のアップデータ、ドライバーをご使用いただくことを推奨いたします。最新版はこちらから ダウンロードしてください。
- 各アプリケーションのインストール（アップデータ、新規インストール共）の前に、必ず最新版のeLicenser Control Center をインストールしてください。
- Windows 10 Update のバージョンについては、21H1 (May 2021), 20H2 (October 2020), 1909 (November 2019 / 19H2), 1903 (May 2019 / 19H1), 1809 (October 2018 / Redstone 5), 1803 (Spring Creators / Redstone 4), 1607 (Anniversary / Redstone) までの対応状況を記載しています。
- OS のメーカーがサポートを終了したバージョンの Windows 10 でのご使用に関しては、サポートのご提供をいたしかねます。詳しくは Microsoft の情報をご参照ください。

既知の問題 - ハードウェア
* ドライバーコントロールパネルの表示について
[症状]
FireWire オーディオインターフェース MR シリーズ、USB コントローラー CC121、CMC シリーズ (FW Driver / USB MIDI Driver 使用機種)
* OS コントロールパネルの表示設定をカテゴリ表示に設定した場合、"ハードウェアとサウンド" に、ドライバーのコントロールパネルが表示されない (画面1)。
* ドライバーがインストールされた OS を、Windows 10 V1709 以降へアップデートした場合にのみ起きる。
[回避方法]
OS コントロールパネルの表示方法を、"大きいアイコン" または "小さいアイコン" に設定する (画面2、画面3)。
[原因]
ドライバーのコントロールパネルをカテゴリへ登録するためのレジストリが、OS アップデート処理により削除されてしまうため。
